Hey Reed we have enough trouble with the rules you and Bill give us. Can you imagine the chaos if I started to write them? The next suggestion would be for a key to interpreting my rules and the winner would have to be put in a place of confinement for treatment under the special act of parliament.

On the other hand if the reason that most people send back products is because the sales copy was either misleading or misunderstood then maybe a practise of good clear accurate and concise copy writing is in order. No ambiguous or egzagjurated claims with perfect spelling (now I have my own views on that one) Some marketers may choose to mislead deliberately and if so I believe it will catch up with them eventually.e.g. Selling a car on e-bay....
Description: goes like a bomb.
Intent of seller is to imply it is fast.
Real intent get shut of this shed
Perception of buyer it will leave the boy races standing.
Truth.. it goes like a bomb
Real truth... it will soon disintegrate
So Perception is the main driver in my book and we all have our own perceptions of things and not all opposing perceptions are necessarily wrong, just different.
Now where were we?
Must do some invoices hmmmm
I need a career change... any takerrupperers?
best wishes
vtp
PS Does anyone else have this problem that I have...I can't think or say the word tangent without thinking of tangerines. I think it occurred first in a maths lesson doing geometry as all my thought tangerines are perfectly round.
