Hmm, well I own Camtasia, but have never used it for downloading videos. There newest version allows you to upload into a few different sites directly from Camtasia..but, as for downloading, it's not really meant for that.

What is it you are wanting to do? Are you wanting to convert some already "created" videos on other sites from one file format to another or something?

If that's the case there are some sites out there that will convert into different formats etc.

Not sure if that helps. Would need to know what you are wanting to do better I think to give you a better answer.
