Default Getting Refunds Directly From Clickbank

    Hi,

I hope people don't think I am "teaching them to suck eggs" by producing this post, but I notice quite a few people talk about how they have lost money investing in products that turned out to be dodgy.

If something is dodgy and you can't reach the vendor then I go straight to Clickbank and deal directly with them.

Of all the refund requests I have put to Clickbank only one involved discussion with the vendor and Clickbank backed me.

This is how I get a refund:

    - Go to Clickbank
    - Click on “Help Center” at top, right hand side of page.

    - Then go to left side below green "Customer Help" label.
    - Click on “look up order”
    - Fill in necessary Information - Clickbank Order Number
And either - Email used for order
Or - Last four numbers of credit card
Or - Paypal ID for order
    Click “Submit”.

    New Page
    Left hand side
    - Click on “Click here to get support”
    - Fill out one of the reasons presented in drop down.
    - Click “Send”.
    - Then Click “Return to ticket”
    - Fill in form. Either “refund” for one off payment or if a monthly charge then “cancel”
    - I always fill in the comment section as well with a bit more detail.
    Click “Submit”
You will get an email from Clickbank "Opening Refund etc.".

hope this helps some of you,

    Cheers

    Cheers for the info.

As a fellow member of CFM I would like to suggest putting a photo of your self next to Chris's at the bottom of your squeeze page. If your uncomfortable with this then I would recommend you remove Chris pic as it just looks a bit odd.

The refund would be coming directly from ClickBank anyway.

ClickBank has an interesting setup because ClickBank is the retailer you are buying the product from. The "vendor" with the website is agreeing to be a wholesaler selling their product to ClickBank for retail sale to you.

Since ClickBank is the retailer they are making the refund.

Very true. I have asked for a refund twice on products that I've purchased through ClickBank and there has never been a question. They're a terrific retailer.

Don't hesitate to ask for a refund if the product is anything less than what they advertise.

That may be true ...but sometimes the product is not as "Hyped" by the producer and they ignore your requests for a refund even though they promise one on the sales site....

Not only should you get the refund...but you should post on forums the failure for the vendor to respond to your legitimate request....
