Nilesh, this is an attempt at humour. They've taken a famous quotation "It matters not whether you win or lose, but how you play the game" (which means way you do things is more important than the outcome) and then replaced the last half to make it more like how most of us think (that my winning is more important that anyone else).
The joke is lost on those who aren't familiar with the original quotation.
