Looks like your 'program' would be a good place to start. I am concerned about overload: e.g., building traffic on sites that are multiplying at such a fast rate. May I presume you have one/more strategies to deal with this issue in particular? Yes we have lots :0)

In any event, I'll certainly bite on one site per month and, as soon as I'm comfortable, increase to the 2 or 4 rate.

When do we get started? This month date TBA

hi paul, really looking forward to the EMMC would like the $47 package would like to know if I need to get aweber account or will you fill us in on all of the reqiurements nearer the time, as you can read I need lots of help,can't wait Yes you need an auto responder and I highly recommend AWEBER because I personally use AWEBER and if we get stuck along the way I can just login to your account and sort it out. If you use a different auto responer which I am not familiar with then I might not be able to help.

Just one more question guys, How many niches are you going to cover for starters? You mention there will be products for hungry markets, will there be a number of products to start with, to cover the main hungry markets besides IM, or if someone was in the weight loss market, would they just have to wait untill you came up with a product? Great question. As I have mentioned previously we really want to deliver what our members want but need to be aware that giving each and every member a weekly choice could result in much more admin work which will obviously incur more costs. This is the last thing we want. Therefore what about doing a weekly "Wish List" where we can set up a "Voting Poll" and everyone votes on what product we all get that week? Would that work? Come on guys throw anything at us here as we want to make this the best thing since sliced bread :0)

A weekly poll sounds like a good idea, but surely we should all wait until the project is up and running and see exactly what is being offered.

It may well be the best thing since sliced bread but I think we should rely on Paul and Kevin's experience to put together the best package. Then comments or suggestions could be considered.

Can't wait to start 2010 with a BANG!

Couple of questions

1. Roughly how much time will i need to put in (i am a newby) i work shifts and long hours so i dont get much am willing to work like a dog in the little spare time i get though That will be enough.

2.Can we use these websites to put other affiliate links on ie one we already use from clickbank ect ect Yes they are yours to keep.

The voting issue reminded me of how Bill Walsh ran the 49ers - he would script the first 10 or 15 plays, and then let Joe Montana/Steve Young call the rest.

My suggestion is that you guys pick the first 5-15 products and that will let the rest of us see what seems to be working and what seems to not be working as well.

After the first 5-15, we'll have a much better idea of what we think works, and voting might be an option. Until we have more information, I think we'd all be better off having you pick - at least at first...

As yours is the 114th post in this thread and not all posts are are for opting in I would think that you've made the cut; a lot depends on whether Paul has had lots of PMs for opting in too.

I'm not sure whether one of the admins has already answered, this but just in case I will rephrase the question and ask it again, and apologize if I am asking you to repeat any earlier reply.

The question was about JV Overload.

I understand from an earlier reply that We would not be sending emails of each of Our new offers to Your lists (thanks Paul or Kevin).

Where I am ustill unclear is whether You will be emailing Our offers to Your lists as the normal practice with JVs is that each JV partner mails to their own list.

If this practice is followed for Elite Club Members then members of Your lists would receive between 100 and 400 emails a week advising them of our offers. This ignores any people who are on both Your and Our lists who would receive even more emails each week.

Now that would be JV Overload.

Ok here goes with trying to clear this up once and for all guys. We will not be emailing any your products to mine or Kevins list. I will be holding your hand and helping you build you OWN list !!!!!!

Today I've put in some requests for graphic designers to quote and I'm waiting for replies. Is there anyone in this membership site that you think would like to quote?
