Well, the frustrations and problems I had experienced as a Newbie had prompted me to write an article and submit it to EzineArticles sometime ago and to my great surprise, they accepted it.

I do outsource. But the trouble with outsourcing is that you get what you pay for. You have to spend an incredible amount of time training and babysitting and there is usually a bit of a language barrier or a work ethic problem. In theory it is a great idea, in reality..not all it is cracked up to be unless you are willing to lower your standards.

I now have a team of focused internet marketers all working toward the same goal, and believe me.....there is no comparison to outsourcing, it is cheaper and much, MUCH more productive.

LOL I have been learning and doing for over 10 years. I know how to do it. Just not enough hours in the day for one person to do everything that needs to be done to take it to the next level.

Yes Outsourcing can solve some peoples internet "I don't have enough time" problems but I would agree that it can be very expensive sometimes. It can involve a lot of time educating the the person you outsource to as I have experienced first hand.

A share of profits and working on that basis with other people has always worked better for me.

My biggest problem with outsourcing is that if I don't know how to do it myself how can I instruct others to do it and get the results I want. I do outsource in the offline world but I know precisely what I want and instruct people accordingly. One day hopefully by working with a team I will be able do the same with my online business.

Keries, that is the major benefit of working as a team. You only have to get good at one thing and know that everything else is being looked after for you by someone who is good at the things you do not know yet.

Teams are a great idea - whether they be mastermind teams or official project teams.

What is really important though first is to have a plan...a team will be so much more productive if you are working off of the same manual.

When I started off in my own business, I did everything - and over time turned to full-time, when I went to scale my business to the next level by hiring people, the challenge I had is teaching each one the same things I had already been practicing for a year.

Since then, I have started writing or taking videos of all of my practices to do with product creation, traffic generation, operations, content generation, web2.0 bookmarking, blogging, etc...

Now I can plug people into those processes easily - almost without missing a beat.
