It looks like there are a few good deals out there at the moment. Streamline.net are doing 50% off web hosting with a free .co.uk domain name at the moment.

I've dealt with several domain name providers in the past and godaddy is on I have had issues with...it's really not worth the hassle to save a few bucks...

They are a real pain to deal with...

There are always codes available on Godaddy for $7.49 domain names. Also, if you go to Google and search the keyword 'Godaddy' the 1st Adword ad is Godaddy for $6.99. Click that ad and buy your domains for $6.99.

I currently use Namecheap, but I admit I do have domains listed with GoDaddy(sorry, the commercials were just so persuasive, lol). I have not had any issues although I have read about the many horror stories. I want to avoid my horror story so I use Namecheap exclusively. thanks.
