I would agree that mindset was important but as to it all being about mindset i have to dissagree.

You could have the best mindset in the world but have no motivation to actually do anything, or be really ill and not be able to work but still have a good mindset about being succesfull!

So what im trying to say is that it's a mixture of things but usually once you do have the right mindset then you seem to aquire the other aspects naturally.
