Default Tips to help you with your Attitude

    Begin with yourself :
Change the way you think. Decide what it is that you want –this is crucial – because
If your brain does not know WHAT it wants your brain can not figure out HOW to
    get it.
    Negative thoughts becomes negative actions.
Make a conscious effort to change the way you react and deal with situations.
Look for the silver lining instead of focusing on the negative side of situations and people.
    • If you think positively, you'll act positively.
    • Those positive thoughts and actions will keep many anxieties at bay.
    • Through positive thoughts and actions, anything can become a reality.

So many times, things we do go unrecognized by others, whether it's at home or work.
When this happens, step in and praise yourself! (This is very important.)
    • Private affirmations can make you feel better about yourself when others fail to verbalize their gratitude.
    • By affirming this all day long by yourself you lift yourself up and the moment your spirit is lift you will attract good things to yourself.
    • By having a positive outlook of yourself, you will push yourself further to do better the next time.
    • Doing so will also bring you the confidence to explore more areas in life.
    Dream it into reality.
Misery loves company, and if you believe you'll never achieve anything, you can create a
self-fulfilling prophecy. ALWAYS : Dream BIG and dream often!
    • Figure out what you want in life, and set your dreams into motion.
    • Want a better job? Take the necessary steps to make it happen. You're the biggest obstacle holding you back. This is a fact.
    • Sit down and investigate it yourself.
A positive attitude can change your job situation, relationships, and life.
If you feel better about yourself, other people will feel the good vibrations you're giving off.
You'll appear more confident and have a better chance of taking on whatever life throws at you.
If you believe in yourself, you can continue to accomplish bigger and better things. Whether you're working to advance yourself in your present job or starting an entirely new career, your self-confidence and positive attitude will increase your income.

Your attitude can make or break you. It's virtually indisputable that your attitude determines how far you'll go in life and a positive mental outlook can help you achieve optimal success.
Having a positive mental attitude helps you cope with challenges.
When you're put to the test, you're more likely to find your inner strengths to overcome adversity, and that strength just might be your winning attitude. Whether or not you have the tools, skills, knowledge, or resources, your attitude can get you through tough times and come out on top.

On the other hand, an attitude filled with negative overtones makes everything much harder. How do you think you will be able to win when you go into the contest prepared to lose! If you expect to do well, your attitude will create positive, winning thoughts that help you succeed.

In order to change your future for the better, you must first alter your thoughts in the present.

It's important to realize that for every effect in our lives, there's a specific cause. Only through positive thoughts, we can control these causes and change effects or outcomes.

For every positive seed you plant, your thoughts will grow and reward you with a positive harvest.
Negative seeds have the opposite effect.
They'll grow, but result in a spoiled and fruitless crop.
You can't plant negative seeds in your mind and expect positive results.
It just doesn't work that way.

The only difference between people who are successful and those who aren't is the way they think.
Successful people visualize their goals and take action to make them happen.

Unsuccessful people dwell on the negative, spend their time and energy complaining, and worry about things that are unimportant.
This negativity wastes time and energy that could have been used to achieve your goals.

    Practice Makes Perfect

No matter how discouraging things may look, with a winning attitude, you will be unstoppable!

With a positive outlook all focus will be on positive goals with a tunnel vision and you can eliminate all negative distractions and this will keep you on a road to success.
    • Train your brain daily : focus on the good things alone.
    • Develop a positive attitude by using affirmation to help you overlook the negative and realize the power of optimism.
    Train Your Mind

We often worry about our physical fitness, but do we think much about the fitness of our minds? Just as we train our bodies for peak performance, we must also train our minds by coaching ourselves to think winning thoughts.

An effective way to train your mind is to look at challenges as opportunities instead of obstacles.
A problem is only a problem if you allow it to be one.
With each challenge comes an opportunity to learn and improve.
So if you search for solutions, you'll find them.

When you internalize this mindset, you're sure to develop a winning attitude for a lifetime and reap the rewards of true success and happiness.

What a great thread. I could not agree with you more. I have always been the type of person to look on the positive side of a bad situation. I am known by my friends as always having a smile.

Excellent post Karen! Thanks for sharing and the inspiration. I would ad that when starting to establishing very specific goals with time lines as to when you will achieve each goal etc.

Also to help change our mindset to a positive state, beware of what you feed it everyday, and but it on a healthy daily diet of positive inputs and complement this with daily reading, learning, and/or watching etc of positive information.

I can relate with that post. I'd better minimize the pessimist side of me and dwell more into optimism to produce positive effects.

Hi, I have found from personal experience that the key to success in online marketing is Momentum. Once you get the ball rolling it is easier and easier to increase the pace. Make sure you are starting on solid foundations though.

Good post Karen and I also like the idea of momentum. You are so right. Providing you are in the right direction and grounded well with solid, thorough theory and then mentored practice, it just gets easier and easier and working with a power team of friends and colleauges just drives that momentum at a furious pace.
