Yes, i agree it's not as hard has you think to set up an online business but where the majority fail is that they want instant success and 99% of the time it simply doesn't happen.

If your in for the long haul and you have a little capital behind you then yes, you can really make a success of it

A very good posting and little more to add except using SEO or running a successful pay per click campaign, writing articles and blogs, collecting names and e-mail using a squeeze page by giving away free items of real value in order to quickly build a big list of eager future customers.

and ending in .com is best. Also web hosting, an autoresponder. a free web editor such as Kompozer, a free ftp uploader such as Filezilla and lots of back end products relating to the chosen niche found after extensive research online.

There is no get rich quick as making money online is a skill, but one which anyone willing to take the time and trouble can do. Most people think they only need a website and a product and then they will become rich within weeks but as you know this is a fantasy.

You need investment for the main items i.e. Domain Name,Hosting and an Autoresponder, but there are free traffic methods which,if used correctly,can be very effective.

So true, so true, so true! Anyone that thinks that making money online is a get rich quick scheme will be one of the 99% that fail.

My best advice is to have consistency, persistence, and never stop learning. Start with one way to make money online, come up with a plan, act on your plan, continue to do what works, drop what doesn't work, don't give up, and then continue to learn new strategies.
