Hi, another way to get free traffic is to create a Fan Page on Facebook, suggest it to your Facebook friends, then once you have a couple of hundred of your friends "liking" your Fan page - find a similar Fanpage on Facebook in your Niche.

Contact the owner and offer to "Trade" Fans. i.e you mail a message about his Fan Page on your Fan Page and Vice Versa.

You can also do this with "Groups" on Facebook.

I would like to know if I should use my signature to link to my blog which has been up and running for a few weeks, or should I link it to my homepage?
I do like the suggestions by Mason. I am still new to this game and have had my website up for a few months and haven't been able to get traffic to it yet. Should I focus more on my blog and add content to it once a week and submit it to social bookmarking sites?
Also how much time per day should I spend on forums and how many forums should I visit?
I find it difficult to find current blogs in my niche (teeth whitening and oral hygiene) so I'm no sure what I should do.

I get loads of traffic from Social Media, Twitter and Facebook plus many others. Also use Video Marketing and Social BookMarketing. The most important thing is that your content is interesting and what your target market is looking for.
