Thread: Could Just 3 Articles Per Day Equal Massive Profits?

I hear it all the time, how do I get traffic?

Well article marketing is a great way to get some traffic to your site.

Can you write 3 articles per day? If you make it a priority you can.

It should take you under an hour to write 3 articles, and if you do stick to that plan even if you average 3 articles per day that's 90 articles each month.

Assuming each article averages only 5 new visitors to your site that's 450 visitors. Lets say you convert only 1% of those visitors into buyers that would equal about 4 and ½ sales for the first month.

Now lets assume you continue writing an average of 3 articles per day. Eventually your going to get a lot more traffic due to other factors like your articles getting syndicated on other sites some that might bring in a lot of traffic. Your articles might rise to the top of the search engines again bring in lots of traffic. You could even have your own sites rise in the search engines and get more traffic from that (from the article back links).

The point is starting out with simply creating a few articles per day overtime will lead to massive profits. Plus you could outsource your article writing, spin and submit your articles to other sites, turn your articles into videos, audios and viral reports.

The more content you have out there the more chances you have to make more money, start with a few articles per day, be consistent and move on from there.

I have over 120 articles out right now but not getting nearly that much traffic, but I am not a great article writer.In fact if I ever do start making money from IM. I am definately going to outsource a lot of articles and such.

You should be able to get at least 5 views per article...

The key is to spread your articles on other sites and turn them into more articles, videos, audios and viral reports.

It is not just how many articles you are writing, there are other factors that come into play as well. Such as which artilce sites are you sending to, your priority needs to be ezinearticles and then the top 15 - 20 article sites.

If your articles are not being read, find emails at ezine articles in your niche that are getting lots of views and study the way those articles are being wrote and emulate them. As long as you are not copying someone elses articles word for word you are not breaking any rules.

If you are just using articles to generate traffic do not worry too much about the same articles appearing on other article sites. It is a numbers game, the more articles you have out there the more people will be exposed to them.

So if you have 10 articles and you post each article to a different article site you have ten articles doing their stuff. On the other hand if you post all 10 articles to each article site and you post to 10 article sites, you then have 100 articles out there driving traffic.

Yes that resources box has always kind of mystified me a bit, but I am getting the hang of it.I rarely post to ezine now days because it is very difficult to get approved and like I said ,I am not a great writer.And I get tired of spending a few weeks on 1 article just to get it threw ezine.So I tend to stay with goarticles and a few of the lesser directories,even though I know that ezine is the big dog in the yard.

Keep at it... article writing. There's no doubt it's one of the most effective free ways of promoting your business/site. If you're having trouble with the actual writing, you've a couple of ways to go.
Firstly, grab some good quality PLR on the same subject as your niche and break it down into articles. (Check the licence first). Spend some time with the articles you produce, to make them unique to you. e.g. make them "sound" like you, and add some of your own expertise into them.

Thanx for responding. You are so right. Getting Frustrated doesn't work at all in solving our problems. However it does help when we let it all out and start all over again. I must admit that I only recently discovered the power of well written articles, I have posted a few articles on articlesbase and ezinearticles.. only problem I have with ezarticles is that even on my "resources box" or signature when I use a bit.ly address my article gets declined..something about it has to be a proper domain and not a subdomain which is disappointing... so now I point the ezinearticles to my webblog and then from there point it to my affiliate landing pages...which is a concern for me because it create and extra hop...as in from ezinarticles to my blog and then to affiliate landing page... i'm sure thats gonna cost me some traffic.

Not really - if you can pre-sell your prospects, you can get a higher conversion. Sometimes your blog/landing page can give them more benefit to buy.

Ezinearticles do not allow any article to link directly to a sales page, you have to go via a landing page. The trick with this though is to make your landing page short and to the point.

Your prospect has already read a 300 - 500 article and they will eventually have to read through a usually, very long sales page. By making your landing page short and to the point there is more chance they will click through to the sales offer.

Sending prospects from your article to your blog and then sending them to the sales page could cost you big time. I am assuming your blog will have lots of great content, and that there are going to be links to other pages to your blog, or other sites as well. Therefore there is a lot on your blog to distract your prospect, and more chance they will click away from the link you want them to click on.

It has to be a one way route, so they click on the link in your article, this takes them to a landing page where there are no distraction or other links, except to the sales page. If they are then still interested they will click through to the sales page.

Your landing page does not want to be no more than 300 - 400 words and a few graphics. Remember your landing page is not the sales page. You just need a short introduction to the product, some bullet points, and a short piece about what the product will do for them. Last you need a call to action.

Do not overdo the links on the landing page, you only need at most 2 links to the sales page. The first one can be at the top, or half way down the page, and the 2nd one at the end of the page.

I have just my run through an article system that maximises on my efforts, now you may have already seen me rave about this system, and that is because it only took 3 hours to do with a completed article, remember this was the first time.

Post your articles and leave them for a week or so, then take a look at the click through stats for your articles. If someone is clicking on your resource link then they made it to the end of your article without losing interest.

Which of your articles has the highest click rate?

This is your top article so create an audio file and a powerpoint slideshow.

From this one article you have a podcast, a video, a Squidoo lens, a Hub page, blog content and whatever else your imagination can stretch to all from one article.

Awesome post dude, I have been writing articles (only like 6) but I submitted to a few different sites, like ezinearticles and atriclesbase plus lots of others.. I have like 3200 views so far on my articlesbase submissions but was wondering how I can start generating more traffic from articles.. AND KABOOOM...ur post pops up right in front of me....Makes sense and it's such a simple method that just requires a bit of effort. So thanks for pointing me in the right direction, much appreciated.

if you're only getting 5 views per month per article, then you're either targeting a really low-volume keyword or your titles suck.
go to ezine articles, browse your niche and check what articles are getting a lot of views.
Then "model" yours on theirs and you should soon see far more than 5 views per article..
