Thread: Personalization - Does anyone know...

Does anyone know of a program/software or script that does custom personalization of autoreply letters on the fly after a visitor visits your website,subscribes to your list and completes a survey?

Visualise this scenario for a clearer picture of what I'm talking about:

Lets say for example i have a website on....nose hair trimming.

Visitor subscribes to my list and a short survey appears together with the thank you page like so:

1)How often do you trim your nose hair per day?
2)How many days a week do you trim your nose hair?
3)How long have you been having this problem?
4)What method are you currently using to trim your nose hair?
5)Are you looking for an alternative solution to this problem?

Visitor submits survey.

5-10minutes later,prospect will receive an opt-in confirmation email and proceeds to confirm.

5-10mins after that prospect receives a personalized custom email(which the software/program/script that i'm looking for generates)like so:

Is there such a technology that can help me achieve this?If i were to do this manually,it would take way too much time and would be counter productive in the long run.

I have seen this done lately but it was not in IM that I saw it. It was on a W Va Country band site where you filled out a short 6 Q survey about a friend or acquaintance and then they would come right back to you with a vocal musical performance of a song about your friend, you could then mp3 to them as a fun greeting.

It was amazing to hear and a ton of fun. I sent one to my Cousin Sandi up in LA who sings with my part time band and she loved it so much! I know that is not quite what you want, but since that exists, I'm sure the AR version must likewise.

You can make use of autoresponder to do the work for you.
But some programming may be required to be done on your webpage.

1. You drop a couple of Opt In boxes (First Name and Email address) into your web page and these links..

2. Directly into your autoresponder.

3. The data is captured automatically and then starts sending out a relationship building sequence of emails.

Just think how easy this can be....1 email every week for 52 weeks is only 52 emails and enables you to build the relationship and market on a trusted basis.

to build your site as it has leads, forms and mailing campaigns and you an make it send automated mails at the end of completing the form.
Also sugar CRM is open source and they give the community edition for free (under GPL terms).

It looks like the free autoresponders at JV-Marketers will do this. You can add a custom question field (actually up to 3) and up to 3 Demographic questions to your subscribe form, and send mailings once per day to your list ONLY to those subscribers with a particular answer to a question. This might meet your requirements?
