what type video is the best? words only, with audio narration, or a person onscreen?

I am trying to do some testing about which type of videos people prefer the most, as an example I posted a video today on youtube with text and music only at :

And I am looking for feedback about what people think about this video with text and music only?

Also Could you please leave comments about other types of videos such as a video with text and music only, or do you like a video with an audio narration also with or without music?

And also do you like/prefer a video with a person on the video like a picture in a picture? or would you like to see a person onscreen that goes back and forth from the person to screenshots/text with narration.

I want to collect as many comments as possible to help make decisions on building a video marketing campaign, and I will be happy to share the results with anyone that's interested.

With a person on screen would be the best idea. Sometimes (generally), it's hard to incorporate your emotion to only words or text.

I believe that the best type depends on what you are actually doing with your material.
May I suggest also that when you post something, you don't worry about large fonts and bright coloured writing. imho it only gives me the illusion that someone is trying to be a spammer... when I can see that you're not in this case.

Confidence is also a key. I know people who would not feel comfortable talking on camera and others, like me, who can do it easily.

Person on screen, every time, provided they don't have any off-putting quirk.

I hate those videos where some guy is just reading the words on the screen (does he honestly think most people can't read?"

I think having a real person on screen talking has the
most impact. But only if the lighting is good and that
person can talk in such a way that sounds professional,
convincing and above all, connects with the
viewers...really connects.

Videos with just text tend to look like spam, (but not
always). I did make one like that for something I'm
promoting (and I'll paste the link) but I just want to be
upfront that it is an affilate program, and it's for
example only and not to sell you on something.

It is my first video and personally, although ok, I find
it lacks a person, and looks like a long advertisement.
(but fun to make)

It would be great if we could comment on this video and
discuss the differences about how a real person on screen
would have a completely different impact.
