New Page Script

Just wonder if anyone has knowledge how I can open a new page when closing.
i.e. If a visitor in on my /index.html page and closes it I want to immediately direct him/her to a /blog page.
I've looked about but can only find popup script which I don't want.

It should be really easy to find a 'pop under' script that will work.

It will create a notice when people move the cursor outside the
website fram to close it or change address.

You can probably get this script yourself if you want. Just do a search
for "exit profit generator free" and I'm sure you will find a free download
for it
