Hi here is what Angela's is about..I have used it many times for my backlinking.
Angela’s Links - I do not have enough posts to display the link.
Angela sends you a PDF file with instructions on exactly where and how to get 50 fresh new links every month from PR5 to PR9 sites.
The pages themselves do not have the same pagerank as the homepage (many are actually PR0), but they still carry good enough weight for SEO based on my experience.
Once you get the url's for the backlinks you then ping them. I have used her before and it works well.
