    Default Buying Links

    Hi All,

I did a search a search through the forum on "buy links" and get returned quite a bit that does not answer my question, so I apologize if this is answered elsewhere.

My question is... Is it wise to purchase links from these different sites that offer to sell text links as a means of helping your seo? And if so, can you offer opinions on worthwhile sites.

    Thanks,
    Trevor.

I would never buy links from any site that openly advertises paid links.

If you want to purchase links, contact the owners of specific sites privately or look on forums where people are offering them. Just make sure neither your site nor the site that the link is featured on is ever posted publicly.

    Hi Trevor

There are couple of problems with buying links from any company. If they openly advertise and Google discovers their network, you are toast for the links that you purchased and their network can get de-indexed by the big G with a click of a button. Also, alot of those companies that sell links are not worth a lot in my opinion from a link juice perspective.

The other point to keep in mind when buying links is how do they protect their network is one of the most important elements to consider. I certainly need to know if they host all of their websites and blogs on 1 IP address or is it built from a community of people. In other words, if their network consists of people from around the world and they have dozens or hundreds of different IP addresses, then you will be much safer.

Remember, text links on just the side of a website have less relevance to Google with their updates. The real link juice is in an article with your keyword hyper linked back to your site. So those are all factors you need to consider. Look for private back link networks that allow you to post your own content, so that you can actually can choose the text link of your choice.

One of the best methods out there is to do guest posting at authority sites in your particular niche. I have done that and got 4 quality back links from authority sites just this past week for sites on page 1.
