Imagine how you feel if someone thanked you
This morning I came home from Night duty(Night sister)
and remembered I had not put out my recycling bin
To my ashtonishment the dustbin men had opened my gate
and taken the bin themselves. Wasn;t that lovely of them?
I telephoned the council and asked the men concerned to be thanked
Do you know what ?
The receptionist said that she had worked there for 15 years
and no one had telephoned to say thank you
I hope it made the men as good as it made me feel
(well I also felt a little humble)

Ha ha Nurse Carol you wouldn't get that in my neighbourhood. The binmen hate going further than the end of the garden, they even want us to seperate all the rubbish into seperate bins.
