address? Just kidding, I am an affiliate as well. I have a question for you
though.

Have you ever thought about creating a report, or ebook, on the importance
of and financial benefits of offering SUPER bonus packages to help some one
increase their affiliate commissions or even the sales of their own products?

When I said WOW above, I wasn't kidding. That is a superb offer. You
obviously know how well you can do by offering great bonuses.

As the author of dozens of short "How To", "Why To" and "Why Not" reports
and tutorials, I would love to create one that discusses the financial benefits
of bonuses and would love to discuss a possible co-authorship with you...
(perhaps we could even do an interview style "why to" type of product).
